Delivery Options

All our goods are shipped to you via Australia Post’s regular parcel service. We also offer Express Post and insurance for added peace of mind. (At an additional cost.)

Your order will be dispatch within 1-3 business days of receipt of full payment. Please then allow 2-5 days for delivery. If your order does not arrive after 5 business days, please Contact Us and we will immediately work on rectifying the situation.

Please note that we cannot deliver to a PO Box address. We require a physical residential/business address for shipping. (Although some exceptions may be made for customers in remote areas.)

Goods are legally the buyer’s responsibility once they have been dispatched. Therefore we offer and recommend Postage Insurance on all orders to protect against damage in transit. Insurance rates are: $3.80 for purchases of up to $100 + $1.20 for every $100 in item value.

International Shipping (New Zealand)

All goods and prices on Wholesale-Clothing.com.au are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

All our goods are shipped to you via Australia Post’s Air Mail or Express Post International parcel service. Note that Express Post International services all areas of New Zealand EXCEPT for the following locations: Campbell Island, Chatham Island, Kermadec Islands, Ross Dependency. We also offer insurance for added peace of mind. (At an additional cost.)

Returns

We have a 7 day satisfaction guarantee.

This means that if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order we will do whatever it takes to ensure a satisfied customer. If the goods are damaged or unsatisfactory in any way we will happily replace them (at no extra charge) or offer you a full refund.
