Is it safe to give out my credit card details on your website?

Absolutely, our payment transactions are protected by the high-grade industry standard 256-bit SSL encryption. However, we understand that some may feel uncomfortable giving out their credit card details online. We can still process your orders though -- simply select Cheque/Money Order as the payment option when you checkout and in the comment section note that you want us to call you regarding payment. We can sort it out over the phone at your convenience.

What happens if I’m not happy with the product?

You can return it within 7 days for a replacement or full refund. Please refer to our Returns Policy section for more information.

How long does delivery take / when will my order arrive?

Your order will be dispatch within 1-3 business days of receipt of full payment. Please then allow 2-5 days for delivery, 3-10 days if you are in New Zealand. If your order does not arrive after 5 or 10 business days, please Contact Us and we will immediately work on rectifying the situation. How much does delivery cost?

Postage is charged at standard Australia Post rates and is calculated during the checkout process in the online shopping cart. A low packaging/handling fee is included. Why are your prices so low?

We manufacture most of the clothing ourselves which cuts out the middleman and therefore allows us to provide you with wholesale prices. We’ve also worked hard at establishing great supplier relationships so that we purchase our fabric and accessories at discount prices. We also know where to scoop the stock liquidations and discontinued department store lines. These represent a wonderful opportunity to purchase very good quality clothing and accessories at heavily discounted wholesale prices simply because old stock needs to make way for new stock.

Does low price mean low quality?

No, absolutely not! We have a commitment to producing and stocking only quality garments and accessories so you can be assured of great quality AND great prices.

Are your products authentic?

Our manufacturing suppliers have assured us that all their products are genuine surplus stock. (Available at discounted prices either as a result of cancelled orders or factory overruns.) Despite their assurances, purchasing and selling surplus stock falls outside the definition of an ‘authorised distribution channel’ with regard to a particular brand or company. It is therefore the responsibility of a buyer of surplus stock to recognise the risks associated with purchasing any merchandise outside the regular distribution channel. Any surplus stock can potentially be deemed a ‘replica’ without documentation proving authenticity. This documentation is only available if you trade directly through the original ‘authorised’ channels. WHOLESALE-CLOTHING.COM.AU is a surplus reseller. Therefore despite operating as conscientiously as we possibly can, we are unable to give you a 100% guarantee of authenticity. However because of this we are able to offer you wonderfully discounted prices which gives you the freedom to maximize your profit margins.
